It is the policy of Golden Gate Limousine Service to provide a safe and productive work environment that is free of drug and alcohol use for all employees. While Golden Gate Limousine Service has a desire to interfere with the private life of employees, it is expected that all employees will report to work in a condition ready to perform their duties.

No employee shall report the work while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or illegal inhalants. Likewise, the use, sale, transfer of possession of alcohol, illegal, drugs, hallucinogens, stimulants, sedatives or controlled substances on Company property is prohibited. This includes the misuse of prescription drugs or any mood-altering substances while on Company property, Company paid time (i.e. conferences, training seminars, sessions etc.), or in circumstances the Company believes will adversely affect the Company’s operation or safety. Any violation of the policy will lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. 

Discrimination is a form of workplace harassment. It is defined as a disparaging or disrespectful comments and/or actions related to a person’s race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation. Any individual who feels that he and she has been a victim of discrimination by any owner, manager, supervisor, coworker, contractor, customers, visitor, vendor, supplier and all others who are likely to have work related contact with the employee should bring the problem to the immediate attention of John Beckwith Jr.
